stp 6 Posted January 12, 2014 I'd love to see a bit more detail (i.e., more light) in the foreground, esp. in the tree on the left and the building. Link to comment
danielheller 0 Posted January 12, 2014 Very special mood. The sun was hidden nicely behind the trees so the exposure was not disturbed. Looks almost like a painting of the romantic era circa 1800's.Excellent work IMHO. Link to comment
jasonwallace 0 Posted January 12, 2014 I can only image that the foreground colors would be quite lovely with a little more exposure on them. The entire scene is beautiful, and the sun is nicely muted behind the trees. Did you take multiple exposures on this one? Link to comment
raddatzphoto 0 Posted January 12, 2014 complex composition, beautiful atmosphere. congrats! Link to comment
bernardfancher 0 Posted January 13, 2014 I don't think you need any more light. If anything, I would suggest going a little the other way. Making the image slightly darker would emphasize the light on the horizon. (Tilt back the monitor a bit to see.) But the picture is fine as it is, projects a nicely evocative atmosphere, and fits perfectly with the square format. Link to comment
sgust 1 Posted January 13, 2014 I like the muted tones and dark foreground. The only thing I would change is to clone out the con-trail on the left side. Link to comment
bernardfancher 0 Posted January 13, 2014 I agree with removing the contrail. It bothered me as well. Link to comment
