patflynn 0 Posted December 28, 2013 Great work, very nice result. Would love to see exposure data (1/4 sec?)... Link to comment
brendan_trewartha 0 Posted December 29, 2013 Hi Patrick,I was using f/11 @ 16mm and 0.6 sec for the foreground, I find this results in a good balance between capturing the impact of the water but also allowing enough time for the water to leave a trail as it flows off the rocks.Due to the size of the waves I was far enough away from the rocks to use f/11 which I also find produces the sharpest picture on the 16-35mm lens.I blended a second shot for the clouds at 1/20th, possibly had enough latitude in the sensor for a single image however I find this gives a better result without having to do much with the RAW image.Best Regards, Link to comment
bolti_ankheen 0 Posted December 30, 2013 beautiful shot very bright and sharp really like it much. i still feel there is a bit roughness in water. Link to comment
