Good expression and an overall gentle impact.  Nice dynamic range keeping detail in her hair and good facial detail.  She does not appear to use much makeup which, for black and white, can often be useful, especially in the lips so that there is greater tonal separation.  The soft light that models her face can be augmented to increase roundness of her features by slightly dodging her cheeks, chin and nose bridge.  Burning in her lips slightly will give better separation from surrounding skin tone. This is a great image to practice such techniques although you have a very nice image, as is.
