Vrbicke pleso

Vrbicke pleso is a shallow lake in the Low Tatras National Park,

surrounded by lush green in the summer. This was taken on a quiet

August day with overcast skies and soft light. Your opinions and

suggestions for improvement are welcome.

I like this image very much. The fresh greens the composition is superb. The DF is perfect, lots of detail in the foreground leading the eye to the pond and the background threes, forest. The diffused light helped you a lot. Excellent, a 7+.

thank you very much for your comment ! I am glad you like it. It is a crop from a larger image, I ommitted the sky. Everytime I visit the lake I come back with an image I like. So far it was the same kind of light, in the summer diffuse light can save the shot if you are at the spot at noon.
