An effective image, well perceived and well executed. In my humble opinion, sepia does not add much to the scene. Since it is not situated way back in a pst time, I believe this would stand out much more in BW, or even in color. You might also want to crop out the trash bin, being white and bright draws to much attention to it and adds little or nothing to the image. All said, your image certainly catches the attention, and that I think is a success.
