Hi Jiri,  We have close to similar first names.  Your model is very attractive and certainly deserves the most flattering images that you can make.  Here, however, I would suggest that the extreme contrast from highlight to shadow and the lost of half of her face are working against that goal.  Notice that her hair has completely lost texture, one eye is invisible and one can almost not make out her hair hanging against her back.  Rather than a black and white treatment she would do better, in my estimation, in grayscale.
