Hi Engela,

Alicia is a beautiful lady. She has a friendly look to her, and does a good job modeling in front of the camera.

For myself, I would have used a 1/3  stop less in the exposure, since her face "levels" on the right side of this image are nearly the same as the background. However, with the other subtle tones available and her dark hair, the higher contrast facial "levels" are attractive, too.
