Very nice.  Fantastic detail in the bird, even catchlights in his eyes.  Great contrast between blue bird and green background.  Very sharp.  The image is perfect.  I do have to ask why you chose f9 with an ISO of 400 when you could have used a more open aperture with a lower ISO or even a higher shutter speed?  To make sure you had some of the background in focus?  Just wondering.  Clearly the settings you used worked extremely well.
