Awfully small version here, but I CAN say that the pose is okay, but the light is not. Her face is not well-lit at all, and her eyes are very dark.

I think Les hit the nail on the head.

The image is too small to see well, the pose is nice and she needs some type of fill light to the short side of her face and eyes.

lighting is different and more flattering. I tried to experiment with gel filters but the results were not spectacular.
