Nice subject, composition, and colors.  Maybe a bit oversaturated for my taste, but not bad.  A bit noisy, you can see it in the sky and especially in the light flares at the bottom when viewed large.  That's easily removed.  Also a little ghosting (could also just be shadows).  In my limited experience, neither of those two are uncommon for an HDR shot, especially a night HDR shot.  It may also be leaning a tad to the right?  Overall well composed and dramatic.
