The girl with horns

The photograph is a wonderful capture of a culture we in the developed world know so little about. This is wonderfully composed and the depth-of-field is well chosen.

Although probably intended as a bit of humor, the title sexualizes this in, to me, a negative way.

I have no problem with the title since it is descriptive of the visual content.  Is the word "horns" expanded to include "horny" and thus take on a hidden sexual meaning?  That is really a stretch for what I consider to be an appropriate title.  Not understanding the culture and the meaning of her attire I don't know if this image has any sexual meaning--but from my American eyes I don't sense a sexual meaning or humor content.
