Very interesting pose, one that I've never seen before. I had thought you got a GBH wings flexing shot (which I don't think ever happens) but even this pose is not something I've ever seen either. TFS!

I'm a little behind on my comment follow-ups so, please forgive me!

Bill,            Exactly! "Right place, . . . right time!" We get lucky sometimes!

Tm J,          It was interesting to observe all the different birds fighting to pick up the injured/stunned fish after they had passed through the Turbines of the Fort Gibson Dam. Mostly Sea Gulls and Great Blues. And of course the Blues being the slower, they would make their dive and head for somewhere quite to digest the meal. Got several interesting series of shots but most were unusuable except this one!
