dwaugh 0 Posted September 24, 2013 Taken on a hike in late July, this was my first thoughtfully composedmilky way photo, as I had mostly done star trails before. I had notchecked the calendar and the moon happened to come out as I wasbeginning my photos that night, taking away some starlight but addingto the photo with the light on the mountains. Overall, I'm verypleased with this as my first try at the milky way. All comments andcritique welcome. Taken at ISO 1600, 30 seconds, F4, 10mm. Link to comment
