Great POV....it really enhances the overall feeling or mood of the photo, and the fence adds so much interest.  The composition is excellent.

An interesting combination of angles and shapes, from the twisted fence to the building with the drunken lean.  The only suggestion I could make is to straighten the horizon.  Hopefully this can be done without impact on the wonderful foreground fence.
