I hope this comment helps you to. In my humble opinion there are 2 things I think can help this picture:

• There is a rule that the horizon must be at 2/3 of the image (or 3/4). In this case you cave too much water that don’t help/add to the image. (of course the rules exist to be broken but they exist because usually the deliver a better image)
• The second thing is correct the horizontal, with water and landscapes is very obvius that the camera wasn´t aligned with the horizon.
