I have to admit that I don't understand this photograph.  If I had been looking through the viewfinder, I would have seen a main subject that is partly cut off and not clearly defined, a distracting fabric draped across the background, and a more distant background that seems to have nothing at all to do with the photo, except that the photo was taken inside and the distant background sneaked into the frame.  I really do wish I understood the thinking and the goal of Anastasia, because this is so far from what I would do that I'm clearly missing something that motivates and guides other photographers.  I want to know what that is; my own participation in photography is incomplete if I lack any understanding of this photograph.

There are some rather good stills in your portfolio. I'm sorry, I really am, but I can't find a redeeming quality to this one. It's out of focus, has a very awkward composition, especially the jar. The DOF is too shallow where the trunk is soft and the top needs to be cropped to where it seems the backdrop has sagged down. With a still life there is all the time in the world to pay attention to lighting and detail. After all, it's not going anywhere
