Konstantin - You have many nice elements in this image. The capture of the water is quite nice as is the brilliant colors. The composition is very interesting - the fountain with the buildings in the background with night lighting is very well captured. One thought to consider is that the image although captured with a wide angle lens seems a tad bit tilted counter clockwise. I put it in PS and found the image to be improved IMO if I rotated it clockwise until the most prominent vertical step seam was exactly vertical. That even made the water jet up more vertical. You have a good artistic eye. Happy shooting.
