The head has a weird proportion to the rest of the body, it may be due to lens choice and or shooting distance. Maybe adding a little graininess in the face to get some structure. The black and white tones are fine. This is my opinion

very heavy treatment !! you should leave some skin details,

now it looks unnatural and plastic  to my eyes ....

The lighting is somewhat flat. Although I can't see too much of her eyes, they don't sparkle.

I like the look on her face a lot,, really well done!

I''d like to see a full shot, not cropped at the knees. Her hand look OK, just stiff, perhaps that was what you were looking for?
