Tracking shots often expect a point of focus (or not as the trend seems to be these days) with some definition. With the dog's face being largely black there is little left to look at once you are done with the nose. Still, there is no doubting that his/her energy leaps off the frame.

This type of image could be easily be confused as a lone image and wouldn't be regarded highly unless as part of a series of images of the dogshow. That would give it a lot more info and impact of the event and talent of the dog.
