Lovely capture.  Gorgeous colors and shapes.  I'm not sure whether the little curved bit at the bottom right offers added value or detracts.  On one hand, it is a different nuance.  On the other hand, it draws the eye off the image.

Very nicely handled, the foreground wave give me the impression of a boat gently drifting through the water.

Compliments!

ANJA...............Thank you.

JANEGBERT.....Thank you .The night just seemed to get better, the evening was calm and the water was flat and we idled the boat most of the way home.

LYNNE............Thank you for your comments. I guess its a matter of personal taste, of the few others I shot, this was my personal favourite, It gave me a " I'm late for the sunset feeling.

Alf..................We were gently drifting through the water. I held the camera over the side near the stern and snapped a half a dozen shots. We went out to the Lund Pub for dinner then just idled around the Copeland Islands for a couple of hours.

Best regards, Bob.

Hi Bob,

Excellent results on display.

Technically spot on.

It is good to see a 40 mm focal length used at F/4, since with many zooms that cover that range, the performance is not short changed as it would be from an excessive f-stop employed.

Best Regards, Mike
