The sky adds a great deal of impact and drama to the scene, and I like the lighter tones at the horizon which helps channel the viewers eyes.

The old jetty is a great subject and you have utilised it well in your composition. 

I am curious though, the sky appears to show a great deal of cloud movement, as though it could be a long exposure, whilst the water looks like it has been photographed with a much faster shutter speed.  I suppose it could just be a case of the clouds moving at a much faster rate than the water?
