The issue I noticed from just glancing at this photo is that her hair blends in with the background completely. After taking a second look I noticed the posing has a few issues. Her right hand looks like a phantom hand since you can't see where it's connected to. Her left arm is too prominent in the picture and should not be such a focal point. Looking at her piercing, nail polish and clothing choice it doesn't appear that this photo captured her true spirit.

A nice, relaxed expression of a beautiful face with assets way above average in her eyes, nose,  lips and facial symmetry.  I am uploading my preference for this image that reduces her arm brightness.  I used hue/sat in Photoshop CS to reduce the redness in her hand and tone it down.  Shadow/highlights adjustment returned separation between her hair and the background.  Her makeup seems to be done very well but little bumps on her cheeks and chin could be removed with the healing brush.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
