I used my T3i with 55mm + 10x42 1000mm Telescope attachment

on full manual. ISO 100, F16, 1/30. I'm just wondering how I can get

this to be clearer when I try and shoot the moon again tonight. I also

shot the moon with my 250mm lens, and it came out a lot clearer. To

see that photo, please see my album. What did I do wrong with this

shot, and why did it not come out so clear? Please help. Thank you

for your consideration and help with my limited experience.

I strongly suspect camera movement.  You've got to have your setup absolutely rigid when the shutter opens to when it closes.  This movement may be so slight that you can't see it with your eyes.  I'd have a very sturdy tripod, another connection between one of the tripod legs and the end of the telescope (providing two points of attachment for the scope), a higher ISO (don't know what capabilities your camera has in this regard) and therefore a higher shutter speed, and a cable release and/or a timer delay after the mirror is raised.  If that still produces a blurred image, something is probably out of whack with your focusing.
