Like Mark, I think the composition here is really nice. A 90 degree cw rotation is what we are used to seeing. The photo as presented is very interesting and made me take a minute to really process what I was seeing. I always enjoy looking at the negative spaces in a piece as well: the gently curving "y" is also nice.
