What lovely rich colours (or, as you say in Arizona "colors").  The river is an unusual shade of turquoise and meanders nicely into your image.  What craggy stately mountains ! Glad I was able to view it in larger size to get full appreciation.

Kindest regards

Jim

Jim.  Thanks for commenting on this image.  It sort of sticks out in my portfolio right now but didn't get much attention.  It is an HDR image and I think still needs a bit of work.  I think most people think the colors are fake but the river  really is that turquoise blue because of the calcium carbonate that is in the water.  Of course the Grand Canyon is spectacular and I was lucky enough to get a cloudy day in the summer.   Thanks again Jim and all the best.  Dana...
