like the colours and composition, also the lines, mostly horizontal but then the verticals on the bin. good stuff, take more, Geoff.

I love the composition on this a lot.  I'm a big fan of this type of photo, but I just wish it was a tad sharper around the fire hydrant. I want to rest on the hydrant and trash can, but my eye keeps getting dragged to the back wall because that's where the focal plane is.

You are right! Did some tests, it happened when the file size was scaled down/up multiple times. This is just 1/8 of the original full size photo. Did you ever want to go back and reshoot a certain scene? Thanks a lot!

LOL, not only have I wanted to, I actually have! Yeah, sometimes I get taken up with a technique or an idea and miss something aesthetic that is painfully obvious the moment I get home and see it on my computer screen. There are still a couple places in Egypt that I need to revisit and reshoot; sadly with that type of once in a lifetime trip that is unlikely. Happy shooting!
