Your still life is perfect in your 'mind's eye' Pierre. It is different for many of us I suppose. Excellent exposure with vivid colors and detail. A welcome departure for you Pierre!! Love this one!

Dear Gail, my still life is as original as your close ups, but having in mind that close ups are not supposed to be very artistic which on the other hand the still life is it by definition, therefore you are going further than I am, ha! Thank you for your visit!

This is of a very high technical quality, natural colors with beautiful reflections. I find you have been creative in biting into the cucumber first conveying to the viewer that it is time to eat.  - Excellent image indeed.
