I guess this is a whole class of portrait since there are books dedicated to taking these kinds of photos. A couple of thoughts. I might blur the foreground of the car and the background to help reduce distractions and isolate the subject. I notice there is a hair or something on the sensor in the lower right. His jacket is bunched up at the right shoulder due to his arm position and might fix that. I did an edit to show what I mean. I did the above mentioned and tweaked the skin tones. Not exact, just to give the idea. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.
