Any image that earns an A++ from Mike Palermiti is a winner in my book.  The DOF is spot on as is the detail in the stamen.

Thanks for dropping by 'Electric', and for your input. I know your image preferences pretty much and this would be 'stronger' I imagine than what you prefer. I know all pics look different on so many moniters. I didn't really mess with Saturation or Contrast, so I don't really know what to say as far as addressing the displeasure in that area. But I am glad you mentioned it. I enjoy your work very much, and would not expect you to like everything I do at all. ;-) cheers my friend, Gail
