Thank you in advance for critiquing my photo. This was taken in my

backyard. I was attempting to take a 30 second exposure with my new ND

filter on a foggy day. However, my dog got in the photo. I believe it makes

it look erie.

 

Please let me know what you think.

It looks weird, the effect is not bad, pleasant overall. A little more contrast in the background, maybe?

I agree with the previous post about the contrast, it's a little flat, missing a nice black (which can be difficult in a foggy situation).  As for the dog, I love it, it's a great addition and adds to the overall feeling in the image.  I would be tempted to convert to B&W.
