I see sadness. The eyes are a little difficult to comment on as they are very dark. Forgetting the mood for a moment... the picture is rather good. I think this fact is more important.

The PS work you have done on the models legs and arms needs some more refinement, it looks very awkward and false! Plus I am not sure why you would have gone to these extremes in the first place.
