Really nice and sharp bird picture. 

Background really enhances the bird's color...total lack of detail enables viewer to focus on the bird. The uniqueness of the pose with the ruffled feathers and head turned looking directly at the viewer makes this a very engaging  photo.  Technically excellent with good element of originality and artistry.
