I sort of like this but several things are wrong here, first is the wires on the wall behind her. Because they are so chaotic, you almost skip over the girl and go right to them. Also your skin tones need help. Make sure you use a gray card when shooting in this type of setting. It will give you more accurate skin tones, and will be much more flattering. Nice pose though and use of the overhead light.
