Hi Joao,

A beautiful setting my friend.

I fell alone with Nature when I view this scene, and that is a good place to be at times.

I use a maximum setting of F/5.6 with a quality 24mm lens(like the "L" series) to maintain the top performance, and as with all short focal length lens settings , the DOF is more than adequate, too.

Best Regards, Mike

Hi Mike! Thanks for the comment and tip, this was indeed a beautiful and natural place with a lovely african magnificence, I have to drive some hours with a offroad car to be there! This was a trip that I've been waiting for many years and I decided to go there before my operation...Angola is a beautiful country but sometimes not very safe for "tourists"...Take care my friend!

Hi Tasic! Thanks for the comment. First time I was in Angola was in 1973 (during the angolan independence war against the portuguese), I spent one month there travelling in many places...After that I was in Luanda (in a cargo ship as 2nd mate) in 1976 and 1977 (during the civil war between angolans). Now I returned there and I was in Luanda (chaotic place), Lobito, Benguela and in Caimbambo (about 200 Km SE of Benguela). You may see some photos in my folder called "Angola" and in the folder "recent uploaded". I will post some more photos in the next days. Best regards.
