wonderful detail- you can follow the progress of your skill through this series - I don't understand the 1/19.000  exposure you mentioned when the exif info says 1 sec.  did you mean flash was at that speed?

To Gregory and Verena:  I take the high speed photographs in a dark room. The exposure time is set to 1 sec. on the camera. But the real exposure time is set by the flash. In this occation the three flashes were set to 1/32 of the normal output. That gives a flash duration of 1/19.000 sec. on the speedlites.
