Exceptional capture. Your lighting, focus and detail are superb!

The head of this raptor is outstanding..... sharp and colourful. The plumage though is quite dark and tends to blend too much with the background. Now, this could well be your intention  and if so, you need to re-think the image title..... if not, I would suggest some PP to lighten and sharpen the plumage and integrate some movement into the frame... in keeping with the title..........

I would have done a visual but you have elected for the Gif option........
