On a cloudy day, if winds are not too strong (at times they were) thesnow is fun.And taking "finger poking panoramas" is fun too.

Thanks for looking.

I'm not a skier but it's a beautiful setting.  My son loves to ski and recently went to Utah.  I'll show this to him.  Good shot...  Mike

You shoot this as a panorama, multiple shoots and stitched together. You used a super wide angle lens of 4mm witch is approximately, around 14-15mm in 35mm format. The problem is, the cable lines curving in the edge in the wrong way and the stitching is not done correctly, because the cable lines is jagged. But, in general, it is still a very good panorama view.

Cheers.

Dear Bela,

You are a bit off the track here, though as to the overall visual effect you are right. For a couple of winters I have been using a small "tough" Sony camera, it is the size of a phone so really small but it has a "sizable brain" and so it can do these panned panoramas automatically. I have no control over the stitching. As for the crop factor it is ~5.6 so 4mm is equivalent to ~22.5 mm in 35mm format.
Thanks anyway for the kind comment.
