This could have been an excellent shot, but it's so grainy and pixelated! I'm guessing it was severely cropped? If it's possible (and I really don't know this, not knowing the area), I would move closer to the scene and repeat the shot. Of course, lighting conditions might change dramatically. In any case, the composition is dramatic: towering mountains looming over a city bathed in sunset glow.
