Nice shot, though I feel we are aren't getting to see this shot at full potential, I would really like to see this shot much larger, the detail gets lost at only 700 pixels. :-)

A good image of her workday caught. The timing is great, just the right moment I think. The composition and framing is good. The side lighting gives some dimension to the image and the background frames the subject well and is not intrusive. A couple of thoughts. I think some reworking of the tones would improve the image. I might suggest trying to tone down the yellow bag to get some colour and detail back and reduce the competition for attention as it's the brightest spot in the frame. I would take out the hot spot on her face and do some dodging and burning to draw the viewers eye to her face. I did a quick edit for your consideration, just my 2 cents.
