Hello Rajnish

I like the simple direct look. It looks relaxed and natural and not forced. The framing is OK. I might suggest reworking the pp as her face and hair are quite dark and lacking in detail. From the look of it it was dark and was brightened but it has caused some problems and wasn't enough to lighten the face and hair. I did an edit to try and brighten things and take some of the blue cast out of her skin. You should e able to get more with the original file. Just my 2 cents.
Regards

Greg

Many thanks for the edit. I must agree that you have done it well, although the de-noise tool did a bit more. There is always debate whether to keep normal skin tones with the natural roughness or to modify with post production as no studio lighting was used. I really liked the way you have given softness to the photo. Thanks mate.
