A pleasant image overall--nice expression, okay pose, and strong center of interest.  In my opinion, the color of the drapes overpower the color content of the rest of the image.  Her left eye needs more life in it.  The legs drifting out of the frame could be changed to have a drape of some kind placed over them to keep the eyes of the viewer more focused on her upper body.  I changed the color of the drapes to tie in with her beautiful eye color.
