Perfect shutter speed that allows the water a sense of movement without turning it to a white mush, and I do also like the slightly offset composition that balances the image with the dark wet rocks to the left.

Just rocks and water, but a very interesting shot none the less. Love the fact that there are almost only two tones here, but for all its lack of a wide tonal range, it is a mesmeric image. Technically perfect. Thanks Larry
