I like her expression, it has a playfullness to it. If I may make a couple of suggestions. First, there is a lot of wasted negative space above her. If you crop this image until her eyes fall roughly on the top vertical third it will help the composition considerably. Second, the image looks dark and muddy to me. By lightening it and adding a little contrast, it too will help this image quite a bit.

I'd crop the picture as well but would leave the low contrast appearance as it is more subtle and combines well with relaxed pose and expression of model's eyes.

I agree that there is a bit too much space on top, but I love her expression and camera contact. The top can be cropped easily.
