To be honest, all three subjects are not pleasing to look at..

The interesting face here is the woman having her hair done. The woman doing her hair would be more interesting if more exposed. the way the image is presented, the smiling face seems too dominant and distracts my attention from the others. I don't know if there a way to address this, but if the smiling face could be toned down, it would help highlight the emotions in the other faces. ed
