markbalcom 0 Posted January 26, 2013 I enjoy the delicate tonality this image explores--a subtle edge of the snow that is sticking to the rear tire against snow on the ground, very light to mildly dark diffuse shadow cast by the bike on snow, and so on. Only on parts of the frame, other parts, fasteners, exposed tire areas, etc. do we see bits of middle to dark tones.Also, you use the whole frame quite well in my opinion. The rear tire, though buried in snow, extends outside the frame. Other parts of the bike extend outside the image by disappearing under snow.All in all, I don't know how I could improve on this.
