I especially like the bold color contrast with the grey background.  Good lighting too.

Nicely composed with the microphone stand appearing at an angle and his face in the lower center of the frame.

I love the expression on his face and the way he looks at the camera.  Good timing!

Your image might benefit from very slight cropping on the left side.  Just remove enough to eliminate the black hose (or whatever it is) in the lower left corner.

Overall, a very nice image that captures the moment.
