Interesting composition.  It could be made even more graphic (IMO) by eliminating most of the foreground, just up to the horizontal lines.   Yours reminds me in many ways of two that I currently have posted, but yours is more uniform and has a stronger graphic feel.

I agree with Stephen, I like the shot, but the greater contrast in the foreground grassy area pulls my eyes away from the trees. By moving closer and eliminating that from the scene it would give the trees more impact. 

The only other thing, and it really is super minor, is that whisp of cloud on the right keeps tugging at my attention

Superb! I love the minimalist quality of this image... not to mention the light and tones.  Great feeling of empty space  and of nature sleeping over the winter...
