I like the framing. An interesting building. The idea of a single person in a large space looking out a wall of windows can be interpreted an number of ways, and it fits well with your title . I'm guessing this is a duotone or quadtone treatment. A couple of thoughts. Personally I find the figure to be a little to dark and might suggest brightening him up to see a little bit of head detail. I might suggest moving him over a little to the right so he isn't quite so centred in the frame. Lastly I might suggest cloning out the dark spots on the floor as they draw the eye away from the subject. I did a quick edit to show what I mean for your consideration. Just my 2 cents.
