harlequin 0 Posted January 4, 2013 Roger, Nice shot. I like your use of light and form in this piece. Her hair bothers me a little, not sure why. Happy New Year! - Charles Link to comment
dom1 1 Posted January 4, 2013 Roger, this curvy nude is one of the sexiest photos here at photo.net. The B+W treatment, the light, and gentle womanly curves are perfection. Link to comment
teddymack 0 Posted January 5, 2013 This is a beautiful and riveting capture. Light and exposure are spot on. Great work. Link to comment
gsphotoguy 3 Posted January 5, 2013 It is wonderful to see this kind of natural light used to show the nude form so well. The shadows are especially important here to arrive at this amazing photograph. Link to comment
wmc718 3 Posted January 5, 2013 The image feels "wispy!" That is, like you captured it just as a stiff breeze went by... further evidenced by her beautiful flowing hair and her nipples at attention. I quite like Roger! Kudos! Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted January 7, 2013 Roger,Beautiful effect! I have two thoughts: with that title why not color it sepia, like the old time sepia toned prints? - and I also noticed the hair but also that the white light coming in the window is diverting my attention from the subject. Why not crop the top slightly? Get rid of the window and some of the hair at the same timeJerry Link to comment
sonneland 0 Posted January 7, 2013 to the abovethank you for your interest in this image. i have submitted it before but that was only a scan of a picture, this is a scan of the original negative and is much better. this image was taken in the winter of 1972. this is also the only indoor nude image i have ever taken back than and also now. jerry the name brown sugar just came to me before posting here. as to the window and the light, i actually don't find it offensive it sort of clarifies that it's also natural light your looking at. also don't like the idea of altering old work just because it's easy to do.again thank you all for your interestroger Link to comment
