GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted December 12, 2012 Your portraits are always well received Mehmet. This one certainly portrays the feelings of this man, he looks so sad, not just the expression, but his eyes. Well done Mehmet. Link to comment
chris_panagiotidis 0 Posted April 9, 2013 I have always regarded your work on elderly county persons' portraiture as a real and priceless preservation of an authenticity that won't last for long. On the other hand I have always admired your way of elevating these common people to real stars in front of your camera. The characters revealed and the stories narrated through their wrinkles are certainly worth of this regal treatment they had. I choose this portrait among your latest stream to write my thoughts that concern absolutely all of them. Going further, this most valuable gallery of rural representatives of your country willl very soon have -if it hasn't already- a great documentory value that may shadow even its artistic merits. Very best regards, Chris Link to comment
